Profile

I'm holding a Post Doctoral fellowship at University of Rome 'Tor Vergata' with the topic of Fabrication and characterization of large area perovskite solar modules for Silicon/Perovskite tandem configuration, in collaboration with ENEA. I am convinced that photovoltaics of tomorrow will be made of Hybrid and Organic materials, and I want to be part of this challenge!

I believe I have good communication skills obtained through all the different work and study experiences of my life.

I acquired good organisational skills during my University experience in Rome, Barcelona and in Dresden; the majority of the projects that have and had to be carried out in the Master in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in Barcelona and in the Master in Organic and Molecular Electronics in Dresden were group projects of 3 or more people; a very good organisation is fundamental to be able to carry out the work by the due date and continue studying.

I developed my organisational skills also during my years of volunteering in the Italian Red Cross, when I was elected as Coordinator of the Youth Department of my Local Branch. While I was holding this post, I had to coordinate a group of approximately 100 youth volunteers, together with a team of 5 people that helped me in the coordination and implementation of the activities. This experience has taught me many skills; During my years in Rome, I have also been given the responsibility of organising both regional and national Italian Red Cross training events.

My job in Barcelona Moto Rent has also made me develop my managerial and organisational skills: I was responsible for a team of 6 people, in charge of the training of the new employees and interns, and I also manage the finances of the shop.

My job in CfAED, Cicci Research and at University of Rome Tor Vergata gave me the possibility to learn practically what I studied and to start working within the academic research.

Research Activity

The main work is focused on the study of Perovskite Solar Cells and Modules for Tandem Silicon-Perovskite combination. The aim is to optimize design structure and perovskite architecture suitable for Silicon solar cells and modules integration. The activity is done in collaboration with ENEA.
