We held the first Contamination Lab at OLAB and CHOSE facilities with people from the Marketing for Universities Association (M4U) on Tuesday 6th. The aim to seeds awareness and skills needed for high-tech innovative business ideas on afore mentioned platform.

Morning Session

We visit the laboratory of high-power measurements, the batteries characterization lab and the laboratory for nanostructured materials growth at OLAB. We discus about interesting topics such as graphene technology, flexible and rigid last generation solar cells (DSSC, Polymeric, Perovskite, etc) as well as energy management, right in the place where the state-of-the-art is emerging.

Afternoon Session

After a mini-football short break, we moved to the CHOSE facilities located at Rome-Tiburtina Technopole to be immersed into the organic solar cell manufacturing process, as well as the characterization room facilities. We discussed about the commercial offer opportunities of some spin-offs already running at OLAB and CHOSE: Dyers srl, Ingem srl and Tiberlab srl. We end the session with a home-made Italian coffee but this is just the beginning…. stay tuned!.
