The registration fee includes exclusively the following items:

• School handouts
• breakfasts, lunches & dinners
• 7 coffee-breaks
• 1 welcome cocktail
• 1 social dinner
• excursion
• Accommodation in Roccamare residence in shared apartments
• Transfer from Grosseto station to Roccamare residence by bus (forth and back)

Other transfers except the one listed above is not included in the registration fee.

Once the pre-registration is confirmed, the bank codes will be sent by email, in order to complete the registration.

Reservation will be confirmed only upon reception of the payment of the total amount.

Bank transfers must be net of all bank charges and must specify
the name of the participant and "ISOPHOS 2019" as subject

Registration is limited to 40 people with priority given by date of payment

Extra nights, before or after the school, can be booked by the organizer but it has to be paid directly to the hotel.
The same rule is valid for accompanying persons.

All changes will be and must be notified by fax or e-mail. The organizers will not accept changes by phone.
